Activity Director
Responsible for planning, supervising and maintaining recreation programs for patients. The Activity Director is also responsible for coordinating the volunteer program.

Activity Assistant
The position is responsible for assisting with planning, supervising and maintaining recreation programs for patients.

Admissions Coordinator
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for growing the overall census and quality mix, managing potential referrals and ensuring a positive admissions experience.

Assistant Director of Nursing
The ADON has administrative and managerial authority, responsibility, and accountability for the functions, activities, and training of the nursing services staff. Works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services.

Business Office Manager
Responsible for accounts receivable and patient account status. Oversees the Business Office Assistant and reception.

Business Office Assistant
Responsible for Accounts Payable, Employee Payroll, Benefits and various Human Resources duties.

Central Supply
Responsible for maintaining the central supply system, the inventory of items, and dispensing of items as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant
Provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care, comforts and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of residents.

Dietary Manager
The Dietary Manager is responsible for all department functions, activities, and training of the Dietary staff. The Dietary Manager is under the direction of the Administrator and Regional Dietitian.

Dietary Aide
The Dietary Aide performs a variety of duties while assisting in all areas of the kitchen.

Dietary Cook
The Dietary Cook is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control, using standardized recipes.

Dietitian
Plan and supervise the preparation and service of nutritious meals for the patients, considering special diet requirements and individual food preferences.

Director of Nursing Services
The Director of Nursing has administrative and managerial authority, responsibility, and accountability for the functions, activities, and training of the nursing services staff.

Dishwasher
The Dishwasher receives, scrapes, and washes dishes. The dishwasher performs a variety of housekeeping duties to maintain the department in an orderly and sanitary condition. Other duties will vary according to the center’s needs and may include working with tray/meal service to patients.

Environmental Services Director
This position organizes, directs, and supervises the maintenance and repair program involving buildings and grounds. Also coordinates maintenance and repair activities with functions of other departments. This position also supervises the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.

Environmental Services Assistant
This position provides support to the Environmental Services Director as requested.

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of the patient rooms, patient areas, hallways and common areas.

Laundry
Responsible for sorting out soiled laundry, loading and unloading washing machine and dryer, folding laundry, and delivery of clean laundry and linen to patient rooms.

Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN
The LPN is considered to be a supervisor and is required to exercise supervisory authority over all non-licensed nurses. The exercise of supervisory authority by LPN’s is required even at times that RN’s are on duty. While the LPN may seek guidance from the RN in a particular situation, he/she is expected to independently issue discipline, evaluate employees and perform other supervisory responsibilities.

MDS/Care Plan Coordinator
Coordinates the MDS and the interdisciplinary residents care team.

Medical Records
This position maintains the medical records of the center in accordance with policies and procedures established for the medical record keeping practices.

Reception
This position performs as liaison in the initial contact of office personnel with the public in an effective, courteous and confidential manner. Performs secretarial functions as designated.

Registered Nurse – RN
Assumes responsibility for safe administration of medications and treatments. Assures all staff has been assigned duties. Monitors assigned patients to ensure that appropriate nursing care is being provided and that doctors and families are being notified of changes in patients condition.

Social Worker
This position is responsible for the admission of patients to the center and coordinates center services to fulfill patients basic psychosocial needs as well as arranging for the discharge of the patient at the appropriate time. Serves as the center ombudsman.

Unit Secretary
This position assists the nursing staff with record maintenance, communication and clerical activities.
